Tartan Falcon
"My love affair with Falcon began over 25 years ago in my early professional cooking
career when I first cooked food on my beloved second-hand Falcon range cooker –
in fact I was using a Falcon cooker in my first restaurant when I earned my Michelin
star. Today, I continue to support the brand by using Falcon cookers in my Cook
School and my home.
It’s an honour to be able to design a limited edition black tartan cooker for consumers
– my obvious Scottish heritage had a huge influence on my choice of design and the
slick black print on the tartan colour combination on the cooker will not only make
a fabulous statement in any kitchen, but the high specification of the 1092 Deluxe
multi-function oven model will offer high standards of precision, performance and
elegance in any home"
